Six Degree People bills itself as finding business leaders for a changing world. They don't list jobs on their site, so upload your resume.

Weinreb Group is the leading recruitment agency for CSR and sustainability in the United States. They list their searches as well as several other U.S. positions on their website. The site includes several resources for jobseekers.
